At World Travel Packages, we understand that plans can change. However, as a travel agency, we are bound by the cancellation policies of our third-party suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, Operators).

1. Cancellation Charges
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at info@worldtravelpackages.com. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • Service Charge: World Travel Packages charges a service fee of INR 500 per person in addition to supplier penalties.
  • Supplier Penalties:
    • Flights: As per the airline’s policy. Many promo fares are non-refundable.
    • Hotels/Tours: As per the hotel policy. Many hotels are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after we receive the refund from the respective airline or hotel.
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).
  • Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any unutilized service (e.g., missed meals, unused transport, or skipped sightseeing) during the tour.

3. Payment Gateway Charges
Convenience fees or payment gateway charges paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.

4. Force Majeure
If a tour is cancelled due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or pandemics, we will issue a credit note or refund strictly based on the policy of the airlines and hotels involved.
